Honestly, they are all terrible. The big schools will put you in a contractual situation where you are working so many hours a week, your rate of pay will be very low. You are going to feel like an indentured servant! And they will tell you that they will take care of your housing, but this is another form of control that they will have over you. I know some people go this route and enjoy their teaching time in japan, but most do not. I'd suggest you find another alternative.
